Getting Started

Create your account and choose your role to begin using Dentail.

1. Create Your Account

Install Dentail from the official source (Mac App Store or direct download), then open the app and choose **Create Account**. On the first screen, you'll see options to sign in or register. Enter your name, email, and password. If email verification is required, check your inbox, click the verification link, and then sign in to Dentail.

This is where new users create an account and existing users sign in using email and password, Google, or Apple.

2. Sign In and Choose Your Role

Sign in using your preferred method (email & password, Google, or Apple). Dentail will then ask you to choose your role so it can personalize the onboarding flow.

Role Selection

You can either set up a new clinic as an owner/admin or join an existing clinic using an invitation code.

  • I'm setting up a new clinicfor clinic owners or admins creating a clinic in Dentail.
  • I've been invited to a clinicfor staff members joining a clinic using an invitation code.
